Security & Safety
The security and safety of guests is of paramount importance to us. We have CCTV cameras throughout the hotel that are monitored with sound 24 hours a day. No visitor can come onto site without an appointment and we hold photographs of all owners and their emergency contacts so we can ensure we are fully aware of anybody who should be arriving and departing with a pet.
Veterinary Services
In the unfortunate event that a guest becomes ill whilst staying with us we have access to veterinary services 24 hours a day. Please notify us on booking of any ongoing treatments or known medical conditions affecting your dog. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse admission to Longmeadow Pet Hotel Ltd of any guest showing signs of ill health on arrival.
Day Boarding
Our day boarding is extremely popular and what a fabulous time your dog is in for with our brilliant staff and all of their buddies! Day boarding must be booked in advance and owners usually have the same day week in week out so places are very limited. Day boarding is open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
